MOVE-IN INSTRUCTIONS

Moving in is always a task, but we make it easy for you.

Please Note Tenants are responsible for the following:

 

Smoke Detectors: Check the battery often, and replace as necessary.

Light bulbs: If they burn out, replace them.

Yard Care: (If noted in your lease.) This includes watering, mowing, weeding, trimming, etc.

​

Dryer Vents: Keep them clean and clear; inside and outside.

​

Property Must Be Kept Clean: This includes interior and exterior.

​

Ventilate: To reduce moisture turn on a fan or open a window when showering.

​

Drain Stoppage: (When caused by tenant) Even garbage disposals have their limits, be careful what you put down them. Run warm water for at least 20 seconds while operating the garbage disposal.

​

Clogged drains: (When caused by tenant) You must not flush wipes, diapers, paper towels, tampons, dental floss, or any other foreign item down the drain as this will cause clogs and stoppage.

​

Any tenant caused damages that would not be classified as “normal wear and tear”.

​

Tenants must dispose from the dwelling unit all ashes, garbage, and other waste in a reasonably clean and safe manor.

​

Tenants are responsible for any guest behavior.

​

Tenants must comply with all lease rules and regulations as outlined in their lease agreement.

​

Remember to put utilities into your name where applicable.

 

Rent is due on the 1st of each month, and is late on the 2nd. Be sure to plan to have your rent in on time.

 

Keys can be picked up on your move in date, or as arranged with our office.

 

Move in inspection forms are provided to all tenants.
