TENANT SCREENING AND QUALIFICATION
Does the company have a policy for qualifying tenants based on state permitted credit and criminal background checks, and are the complained with Fair Housing, HUD, and other regulatory agencies?
Does the company review your property (not just “random drive-bys”)? Is the home being looked after inside and out to ensure there are no unreported maintenance issues, the lease is being adhered to, etc?
