We make the move out process simple and easy.

Clean the property which includes:


  • Remove all personal property, trash, etc.

  • Clean all appliances

  • Clean all non-carpeted floors

  • Clean and disinfect all bathrooms, including all fixtures, toilet, tubs, showers, mirrors, and cabinets

  • Clean all windows, and window seals

  • Repair/replace any damaged screens/screen doors

  • Have all trash picked up before service is discontinued

  • Clean the refrigerator, all compartments, and freezer

  • Wash all the walls, pay specific attention to baseboards, door frames, and outlets

Please Note Tenants are responsible for the following:

  • Have the carpets professionally cleaned, and provide a receipt of cleaning (this does not include renting a steam cleaner)

  • Return the property in the same condition as when initially rented

  • Provide a 30 day written notice of intent to vacate the property

  • All occupants 18 and older sign a return of possession form and turn in any keys, mailbox keys, common keys, and garage remotes on the day tenants vacate



The cleaner the condition of the property is, the faster we can process your security deposit refund. Make sure you provide a forwarding address.

A Move-Out inspection will not be scheduled until all personal property has been removed from the property. Please note once keys have been turned in you will NOT be allowed to re-enter the property.

Until a return of possession is signed by any and all tenants 18 and older, and keys are turned in, you are still in possession of the property and rent will be assessed until those items are turned into our office.
